If you think I edit my Instagram photos in Photoshop you're crazy. Lol! Yes, sometimes I do, but not too often.
I actually discovered this awesome app called Snapseed a while ago and use that 90% of the time. Because 90% of the time, I take photos with my phone.
It would take so long to upload the photo to my computer, edit in Photoshop, save, export back to my phone and then into Instagram. I don't have all day for that, so editing on the phone it is.
I made a quick video showing you how I go from a regular photo, with things on the table, the sketchbook and all kinds of things, to this clean white background with just the lettering on it.
So click the video below and watch for yourself.
Working in a dark room?
The lightbulb that I talk about in the video is this one by Cree. If you don't have this brand in your area, just look for a bulb that is 5000K and at least 1600 Lumens. The 5000K means is a daylight color, not soft white or too blue. It's just white. And the Lumens refers to brightness, so the higher the number the brighter the light. You can find out more on their website.
Have fun editing your photos!
